All space allocated will be at the discretion of the Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre staff and will depend on such factors as:

• 1.1 Weather conditions experienced on the day of your booking. i.e. - rain, lightening etc.
• 1.2 Bookings for shared use of the pool will be approved by the Oasis Manager from time to time in accordance to pool usage requirements.
• 1.3 Allocation of pool which may require exclusive use of the pool must be approved by the Pool Manager or delegated Officer.
• 1.4 Oasis management and staff reserve the right to alter all pool allocations due to circumstances day to day.
• 1.5 Oasis reserves the right to maintain public access to lanes at all times.
• 1.6 Plant and machinery issues.
• 1.7 The availability of appropriately trained aquatic supervision staff.

Please ensure that a contingency plan has been considered, in the event that your pool booking has been affected by one of the above circumstances.
